(Caribbean News Weekly) – Queen of Dancehall Spice has added another accolade to her illustrious career, officially receiving her platinum plaque from Canada for her chart-topping single “Go Down Deh.”

The track, which features fellow Jamaican music legends Shaggy and Sean Paul, is from her Grammy-nominated album 10 and has solidified its status as a dancehall anthem. Certified platinum earlier this year by Music Canada, “Go Down Deh” has surpassed 80,000 units in combined sales and streaming equivalents, cementing its place as the decade’s biggest dancehall hit.

Produced by Shaggy and Constantin “Costi” Ioniță, “Go Down Deh” has resonated worldwide, racking up over 280 million views on YouTube and over 240 million streams on Spotify.
